  Great location close to campus but away from the craziness of downtown. From what I've seen, the management is decent except for not fixing some of the apartment issues I found at move in. But for requests since then, they have been very willing to help and quick to help. I don't use the amenities but I do like how Easy it is to find a parking spot. The common areas of the apartment are great, very spacious and the TV/furniture/appliances are all good. The rooms however are very small, especially those off of the living room in the 4 bedroom apartments, and the furniture in them is cheap. (My bed and chair were breaking when I moved in). I've had the occasional noisy neighbor, but nothing you wouldn't expect from college kids. Overall, though it's not necessarily the perfect apartment, it's clean and does the job. The rent isn't too bad either, compared to many of the other student housing complexes in Starkville. If I wasn't graduating, I would definitely live here again.

  This is my second year living here and it's ok for the most part. Nearly everything is included (furniture, appliances, pool, gym, etc.) and you only have to bring your own personal items. However, they do not offer a 6 month lease which is unfornate when you are planned to graduate like in Dec. They recently added the required insurance that each resident supposed to have so that's an extra fee. Be careful about paying your rent because they're REAALLY quick about charging you (just had an irritating situation happened to me that still that's makes any sense but whatever *rolls eyes). They have giveaway prizes frequently which is cool. However, I have been a little skeptical about that situation since my former roommate claimed to have received a lot of these prizes whenever she was short on rent. I do not know how truthful that statement from her is but still skeptical nevertheless
